I am in total disbelief that Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away. This one is just sneaking right up on me, folks. Normally by now I would have posted a few real-food holiday recipes, but due to an extremely busy semester and the ongoing chicken learning curve (I have spent more than a little bit of time chasing chickens of late) I have been negligent. To make up for that, I asked several wonderful food bloggers to help me put together a round up of gluten-free appetizers that are worthy of your holiday table. There is so much great stuff in here! All of these would also be wonderful for a New Year’s Eve party, if you are planning ahead. In addition to all of the recipes being gluten free, many are Paleo, Primal, and/or vegetarian and vegan, so there is something in here for pretty much everyone. Thanks to everyone who let me share their recipes.
